I like the hard middle — the part between a rough idea and a thing people can actually use.

Since 2017, I've helped teams at SwissPine Tech (BuyNothing Project), Fabletics, MessageMedia, High Output Ventures, and Nexusbond Asia ship work across product interfaces, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. I move between product thinking, interface craft, and the systems that make the whole thing hold together.

  • Built an AI moderation pipeline on AWS Bedrock using Claude, with shadow-mode rollout, cost tracking, and an LLM-scored audit harness.
  • Designed an event-driven notification pipeline with SQS, Lambda, Step Functions, and Ably realtime delivery.
